Franchising FAQ

Are there any ongoing fees?

As with most franchise systems, we require a 2.5% weekly royalty fee of your gross revenues.  In addition, our affiliated company, Realtime Services, Inc. provides the funding and payroll processing and charges a 5% fee for their services.  You can obviously see how your success is our success. It does us no good to have your business operating on the low side of the scale. Other similar franchises try to charge a flat fee until your business takes off. We believe in helping you when
you need it most.

Can I be granted more than one Franchise?

Yes, you may be granted the rights to additional territories upon the execution of a franchise agreement for each territory and payment of a DISCOUNTED franchise fee for each additional location.

Do I need business experience to open a franchise?

No. We put you through an extensive training program, and you will leave with all of the skills necessary to successfully operate your NurseStaffing franchise.

Do I need to operate my franchise myself?

No, a franchise may be run by a designated manager who must have completed our training. However, we do require the owner and manager to attend the comprehensive training program together.

Do you assist me in finding a location and territory?

Yes, we can help you with all phases of location selection, analysis, and lease negotiations. By doing so, we can often save you money in rent expense and, at the same time, help to ensure that your location has the potential to become successful.

How soon can I be in operation once I have been awarded a franchise?

A new NurseStaffing location can be up and running in as few as 2 months after you sign your franchise agreement! Be aware that your ability to secure financing, finalize a location, and any delays may impact this opening schedule.

What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?

The term of your initial franchise agreement is ten years. Franchises in good standing can be renewed for additional ten-year terms.

What kind of ongoing support is offered?

Our success is directly determined by your success. With this in mind, our services do not stop after you are up and running. We provide phone support in order to answer your questions. You will receive ideas with newspaper ads, flyers, and other internal and external promotions designed to generate new business and improve service.
